Wee Ones: Bird mascots have floofy wings. Flap your arms like a bird 7 times and count your flaps out loud!
Little Kids: If a hot-pink gorilla does 17 somersaults while a polka-dotted zebra does 12 cartwheels, who does more moves? Bonus: If the hot-pink gorilla does 7 pushups in the first timeout to pump up the crowd, and 14 in the second timeout, how many push-ups does the gorilla do in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th timeouts to continue that plus-7 pattern?
Big Kids: The polka-dotted zebra isn’t going to be outdone – they do front flips the whole way around the rectangular field, which is 100 feet long and 60 feet wide. How far does the zebra flip?Bonus: The hot-pink gorilla pulls out the secret weapon: the t-shirt cannon. If the gorilla launches 24 t-shirts into the crowd of 384 people, what fraction of the crowd gets a t-shirt? (Assume no crowd member caught more than 1 t-shirt!)
